This lovely home has great rustic ambience and very fitting for the location featuring High ceilings, clearstory windows letting in the northern light and great timber work throughout. three-bedroom, one-bathroom construction with feature beams and posts sourced from around the property. All the kitchen appliances are near-new with a gas cooktop for cooking. Water is supplied from the concrete rainwater tank between the house and the shed. A heat pump system provides hot water for the house and the septic tank was recently emptied. In the short to medium-term we plan to install a solar system for the house.

Your lease covers the house, part of the shed, and the majority of the house paddock. One thing you won’t be short of is space – space to grow herbs, vegetables or let chooks run around. The owners will retain the lean-to and the remainder of the shed for our own storage.
