Over the years I have dealt with a number of Real Estate agents in relation to property
transactions. Without a doubt my experience with Jamie stands head and shoulders above all my
previous ones.
Being based in Perth and unable to travel to Northcliffe, the site of the property, having Jamie in
the local area was extremely reassuring and comforting. I quickly developed complete trust in him
and his advice.
The property I sold was a share in a Multiple Occupancy which is a type of Title not known to a lot
of people. This presented unique challenges in the sale of the property which Jamie was able to
successfully overcome with ease.
The resulting sale achieved the highest price for an undeveloped share in the history of the block.
Jamie was at all times courteous, honest, diligent and accommodating with me and also,
importantly, potential buyers.
